Teaching Programs

Primary Years (2027)
The Primary Years Programme encompasses Early Childhood Education and the Early Years of Elementary School. At Saint Claire Academy, childhood is respected in its potential and uniqueness. Learning arises from lived experience, play, daily life, and expression in multiple languages. In a welcoming and listening environment, we guarantee time, space, and intentionality so that each child can explore, discover, and construct meaning about themselves, others, and the world. Throughout the journey, learning is organized in a transdisciplinary way, through transdisciplinary themes that connect different areas of knowledge and stem from meaningful concepts, contexts, and issues. In this way, we promote a holistic education that develops skills, attitudes, and conceptual understanding, encouraging critical thinking, inquiry, and autonomy, with children as the protagonists of their own process, exercising voice, ownership, and the ability to act in the world with awareness and purpose.
Middle Years (2027)
The Middle Years Programme spans the final years of Middle School. The arrival in this segment is marked by a planned transition to bridge learning gaps between segments - early childhood, early years, and final years; allowing students to have a holistic education and transition between segments with confidence in their learning. In this segment, learning gains depth, purpose, and connection to the real world. Students are challenged to investigate relevant questions, establish connections between different areas of knowledge, and understand how what they learn applies beyond the classroom. Based on concepts, global contexts, and skill development, we promote autonomy and critical thinking. Students learn to think, argue, and act with awareness, becoming the protagonists of their own learning.
High School (2028)
Saint Claire Academy's New High School is intentionally linked to the International Baccalaureate's Diploma Programme (DP), creating a coherent and challenging academic pathway aligned with the best practices of international education. At this stage, learning reaches its highest level of rigor, depth, and student agency. Students are encouraged to develop independent thinking, sustain arguments with consistency, and engage critically with multiple perspectives. Through an integrated and carefully designed curriculum, we promote academic excellence, intellectual integrity, and global awareness, in line with contemporary demands and the formative principles of the IB. Our commitment is to raise sensitive, critical, and courageous young people who are capable of investigating deeply, reflecting responsibly, and acting in the world with purpose. We prepare students not only for academic success, but to lead and make a positive impact in both local and global contexts.
